"With great power comes great responsibility"
(In the film Spiderman)
As a matter of fact, technology and linkage to a social community online is
susceptible of begetting multi-effects and
chains of positive and negative feedback/reactions/responses. Net users are
supposedly liable on every click disposed on the internet but nowadays it is
assimilated that a number of people on the net does not account for their
actions online. These numbers are composed of
various age frames but generally, a part of such number is comprised of the children in this generation.

Defects,
activities, redundancy and comments, both minimal and maximal, are subject to
criticism as these are situated
online and viewable on public or by a set of strangers and net users. It is more proper to be aware of
the possible effects of a certain action before portraying it and dispensing these
activities online. As part of the online society, posting and commenting
requires insertion of decorum and wittiness to avoid online conflicts and unnecessary misunderstandings.
The
presence of privacy is also preferable if it involves personal and
intrapersonal information. The internet is a worlwide connection and the
visibility of data to other computers is portentous. It is tempting for the
audience of these private information if these are posted and are accessible
online. Entering pin numbers, passwords and access to money transactions online
are discouraged more
likely if accessing an untrusted website. Net users should
use the internet with awareness and with utmost assurance that data shall not
be phished through the online world.
Millennials,
not all, tend to post expressions especially of anger online. Unsympathetic
posts and comments online lead to some individual users to break down of
stress, suicide. One negative response is a comment but if it is a series of
negative feedbacks banged to an individual or group online anonymously or
personaly it is considerable as a cyberbullying case. The electronic posting of
mean spirited messages is a serious crime and is punishable in the court of
law.
The
generation's access to advance technology and easygoing communication is a gem that
needs to be treasured and not to be abused. Everything that's abundant and in
existence will reach its limit. The people in this era, millenial, is provided
with astonishing means of interaction though it is still an individual's
choice, to use it with esteem or just disregard the consequences. Yes, each and
everyone has the freedom of expression but only to the sense where noone's
right is stepped on.
Let's
not ignore the current issues of society for it is our responsibility to be
aware of what occurs at our community. The online world provides the needs of
its users and it is appropriate to return the favor just by having proper
behavior in dealing with the net. Being at the peak of success in electronic
communication and technological advancement this should be the time where people
become responsible of every action portrayed and applied in the world of net.
Remember, the use of internet can either bring the world to its best or break
it apart.
